Back just a couple of days and wish we were back in the warm weather enjoying all that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. The vouchers worked great and (your staff) was most accommodating when we made a couple of changes. We really enjoyed the restaurants, especially Pancho's and Margaritavilla...DaGiorgio's was really a wonderful setting and we greatly enjoyed that experience...Medano Beach was fun and we took advantage of the restaurants there as well as the people watching. So you can see a good time was had. Have a successful year and stay well. Thanks again for everything.

Carylee, thanks so much for the vouchers. They worked great. Never had anyone even question them. 10 days in Cabo, the weather was great, the vouchers worked perfectly, and my cell phone didn't. Sounds like a vacation to me!

Just a quick note to tell you that the Cabo vouchers we ordered worked great! It was so nice to be able to visit these places and know we were
saving money at the same time! I'm enclosing a few small ones we weren't able to use up for a refund, I think the total is only $25 worth. The
Gaviota Sportfishing fleet was GREAT, we even caught a 135 lb marlin and 415 lb hammerhead shark (the talk of the marina for a few days!) The other thing we really enjoyed was the Pez Gato snorkeling cruise, and couldn't believe the fund we had for the price. We're looking forward to going back to Cabo someday, thanks for all your help in making our first Cabo trip a great memory!

Greetings from Cape Cod ! I wanted to let you know that the Baja Magazines arrived safe and sound and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading them. Jon and I want to once again thank both you and Fernando for all of your time, suggestions and assistance while we were in Cabo. I have been telling everyone about all the great "bucks" we saved using the vouchers, and about all the great new restaurants we tried that were involved with the voucher system that we otherwise probably would not have tried. Villa Serena was by far our favorite new find followed by Sancho Panza. We really look forward to seeing you both next March and of course we will keep in touch as we plan to continue to buy vouchers, vouchers and more vouchers !!!

1. Many sellers claim to be selling "new" phones. These haven't been produced in a while (2002) so be skeptical.
2. These are tough and reliable phones, so there is nothing wrong with buying a used one, just don't pay for new - really ask questions of your sellers
3. In many cases, the sellers are unloading "factory" refurbs without even knowing it (this is generous, they probably do know...). The factory involved is NOT ericsson, just a factory. Who knows where. What they do is take an asian market phone, usually a T39MC (with chinese character support) and put it in a new aftermarket housing. Sometimes they add an english keypad. The plastic over the display is a part of the housing, so the seller says "Still has the plastic on the display!" like that means the phone is new.
4. The kicker, and the thing that makes me think all of these are coming from the same place, is that they always have a non-ericsson, or at least non-"ultra slim" (should be flat with the back of the phone) battery, there is never an OEM beltclip in the box, and big one... THE MANUAL... is a bad photocopy of a T-10 manual, in a bad copy of a T-39 cover, with crooked stapling.

These phones are great, I have about 10, so don't be afraid to look for one. Just know a few things...

1. Don't pay more than $10 shipping. When a seller expects to make a lot of refunds, or wants to avoid giving eBay its cut, he or she will jack up shipping and lower the sale price. Refunds almost NEVER include shipping. You will have to really fight to get it back. I think they assume that a really fast refund of the sale price will make you less likely to pursue fraud charges with ebay, even though you might be out $30. They may be right 'cause there are still a lot of them out there doing this!
2. When you get your phone, access the service menu. This is a code that will let you see how many times the phone has been flipped open. Yep. And you can't easily erase this count! When your phone says it has been opened about 3,000 times (maybe two years of use?) it is pretty hard to call it new. Most sellers don't know about this feature, or never see the phones to try this, so it can help you get your money back.
3. To access the service menu, you use just the left and right arrow keys (written "<" and ">") and the * key. Enter > * < < * < * Then look through the menu for flip counter. Obviously the flip counter won't work with bar phones like the R520 and the T68, but you can still check the IMEI number this way. The service menu seems to work the same way with newer sony-ericsson phones, the latest I have used it on is a Z200.
